Why is FIBARO ID changing to Yubii ID?

This change is part of our integration with the Yubii ecosystem, allowing us to unify services and align the design and functionality with the Yubii Home app and interface.

What addresses are changing?

We are introducing a new login domain and remote access points:

🔹 Yubii ID: id.yubii.cloud
🔹 Gateway search: find.yubii.cloud
🔹 Remote access: remote.yubii.cloud

The current websites will continue to work but will gradually redirect users to the new domain. The login panel and account management interface have also been adapted to the Yubii ecosystem.

Will my login credentials remain the same?

Yes! Your login and password remain unchanged—you can log in exactly the same way, whether you use the new or old domain.

Do I need to create a new account?

No, your existing account will be automatically transferred to Yubii ID. Simply log in with your credentials as usual.

What services are available with Yubii ID?

All services previously available under FIBARO ID remain accessible with Yubii ID.

Will system notifications from the FIBARO cloud change?

Yes, system notifications will now be sent from a new email address: [email protected]. Additionally, their design has been refreshed to match the Yubii ecosystem.

What will happen to my existing remote access account?

Your account remains unchanged. The only difference is the new login page design and the ability to use the new address: remote.yubii.cloud.

Will my FIBARO devices continue to work the same way?

Yes! All your devices and automations will remain unchanged. The updates only affect the login process and interface appearance.

Do I need to use the Yubii Home app to access my system?

No, you can still use your current app. However, for the best experience, we recommend switching to Yubii Home if it is compatible with your hub.

Can I still use the FIBARO Home Center app?

Yes, the app remains available. However, we recommend using Yubii Home for full integration with the new ecosystem.

Have data protection policies changed?

No, your data remains safe. We have updated our privacy policy in accordance with current regulations.
