One of the long-term elements of FIBARO’s HR strategy is to attract the most valuable graduates from the Greater Poland labour market. We realize that the struggle for talent starts at the very beginning of our studies. That is why we try to involve technology universities and provide students with information about development opportunities in our structures already at their early stage education.

Job fairs at the Poznan University of Technology have been organized since 1996. Since then, it is one of the largest projects of this type on the labour market or even among the Poznan academic community. We want to be involved in projects that allow us to get closer to the academic community from which our staff will be recruited in the future.

Among the current employees of FIBARO there are many who have also completed their technical studies at the Poznan University of Technology. Most of the middle management also come from this university, so this is a natural field of promotion for us.

On 7-8 March, our stand was visited by several hundred students who want to pursue their careers in the smart home and IoT industries in the future. Our experts were available to them at all times and answered dozens of questions related to working in the technology sector.

MTP lasted for two days, attracted nearly 100 exhibitors and several hundred job offers. The event was attended by several thousand visitors and FIBARO was one of the four main sponsors of the event.
