Polish FIBARO smart home users have so far been able to control their smart home with Google Assistant via commands in English (UK, Canada, USA and Australia), German, Spanish or French. From now on, anyone interested will be able to manage lighting, blinds, gates and other devices integrated with FIBARO smart home via Polish language which has been introduced to Google Assistant. The Polish smart home manufacturer has undergone a very demanding certification process at Google.
Integrations as a business booster
FIBARO had introduced its own voice assistant to its system before the era of the popular voice assistants had even begun. A strong trend of the Polish manufacturer towards Google Assistant was always the clue to meet users expectations who want to have a single and coherent communication system. Currently, both manufacturers in addition to voice control provide mobile apps that enable extensive smart home management.
Total control have never been so easy
Smart home control commands can be spoken in Polish with just one sentence. There is no need to indicate the system that controls the device. Lets have a look on a very simple example of turning on the light. Just ask the assistant: Hey Google, turn on all the lights/set the lights at 40%/set the bedroom lights color to red/ open the gate/open the blinds/control the Nice gate etc. — Commans are now extremely simple. There is no need to call the path within a request: “Hey Google, talk to FIBARO…”
